At NestBloom, we aspire to bring everyone our modern take on Bird’s Nest with the intent to pamper you from within. Born out of the self-care movement, we hope that with BLOSSOM, you and your loved ones can better enjoy these moments of rejuvenation and nourishment, in the comfort of your home.
The BLOSSOM subscription is a monthly box of Blooms customized based on your choices. At BLOSSOM, you will be able to choose the number and flavors of blooms you would like to receive, as well as the subscription period.
As part of the BLOSSOM Club, you will get to enjoy your favourite NestBlooms delivered free to you every month, at a very special members price.
In addition, you will also get to enjoy extra member benefits and the little surprises which we will be including in your box, for that extra-something experience. This could include promotions and samples which have specially curated for you each month in conjunction with our partners.

In the basic subscription package, you will be able to choose 4 Blooms every month. Under this subscription model you may then choose between the following two options:
The Petite Beauty Box – you may choose your blooms from our classic Almond range (Original Almond, Rose Almond, Matcha Almond and Vanilla Almond).
The Blooming Beauty Box – In addition to the classic Almond range, you may also choose to include our Premium Blooms (Heritage Bloom) in your monthly box.
In the premium subscription package, you will be able to choose 12 Blooms every month. Under this subscription model you may then choose between the following two options:
The Eternal Beauty Box – you may choose your blooms from our classic Almond range (Original Almond, Rose Almond, Matcha Almond and Vanilla Almond).
The Perfect Beauty Box – In addition to the classic Almond range, you may also choose to include our Premium Blooms (Heritage Bloom) in your monthly box.
With BLOSSOM, you have the option to choose your Blooms flavors so your Box is perfect for you. All you need to do is to submit your choice of Bloom flavours between the 7th-19th of each preceding calendar month, so that we have enough time to customize your Box and the right little treats just for you.
For example, the flavors for July’s subscription box will need to be submitted between 7th – 19th June 11.59AM (SGT).

If you did not log into your profile page to change the flavors of your subscription, we will be assuming that you loved the flavors of the Blooms you last received and we will send you the last selection we received from you while on BLOSSOM.
When you sign up for a BLOSSOM subscription, your first BLOSSOM Box will arrive within 5 days after we have successfully charged your credit card.
Subsequently, during your subscription period, your BLOSSOM Boxes are typically dispatched at the beginning of the month and will reach you within 5 days.
Starting a new Subscription
Samantha subscribes to the Blooming Beauty 6 month’s subscription on the 15th of April.
Once payment has been processed, she will receive her 1st Blooming Beauty Box within 5 days of confirmation. Assuming that payment was received on the 15th, she should receive her box by the 20nd of April.
Subsequent months of the subscription
BLOSSOM’s payment cycle is on the 20th of every month, followed by a delivery of a box during the 1st week of each succeeding month.
Therefore, Samantha will be billed for the 2nd Blooming Beauty Box on the 20th of April, which will be delivered sometime during the 1st – 5th of May, as per subsequent deliveries which will all be delivered by the 5th of each month.
Last subscription month.
Subscription plans will cease after the agreed upon period, which in Samantha’s example would be after her 6 month plan.
Unfortunately, only non-subscription purchases are entitled to a complimentary gift card.

Your subscription begins as soon as your order is processed and your credit card has been successfully charged. As part of the Subscription terms, we will have sought your consent to store your payment method and to automatically charge your payment method on a monthly basis for the period of your subscription plan.
If there are any changes to the subscription rates, you will be duly notified ahead of your next subscription cycle. When you subscribe to BLOSSOM, you are only able to use one form of payment.
We do not offer the option to split the payment between multiple cards or payment methods. You can edit/update your payment information anytime in your account page. If for any reason we are unable to process your payment method, we will temporarily suspend your subscription while we contact you for an alternative payment method to reactivate your subscription plan.

Of course! All you have to do to is to update your delivery address through your BLOSSOM account, and you’re done! Please note that you’ll have to edit your delivery address before the 20th of the month to be effective for your next shipment.
There are NO shipping fees for orders within Singapore. It’s Free!

We are so sorry to hear you go and would love to hear from you as to how we could have made it better.
Nevertheless, we hope to seek your understanding that the team has taken much effort to ensure that the boxes come perfect, complete with little surprises, and therefore there will be a cancellation fee of $150 for any subscriptions which are terminated before the subscription period ends.

Unfortunately, exchange/returns of our products are not allowed due to health and safety reasons.
We try our very best to ensure that every BLOSSOM Box meets our very high standards. That said, in rare cases stuff happens. We will always be happy to replace anything that doesn’t get to you in perfect shape. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and our team will happily take care of your concerns.
Since BLOSSOM is so new, it is currently only available in Singapore and Hong Kong. However, We hope to expand BLOSSOM to other countries in the near future!
