An account is not required to place an order. However, we will need account user information for delivery.

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes addresses. However, for bulk orders, we are able to ship to freight-forwarding addresses. Please contact us for further details.

Standard (2-4 working days). orders made past 2pm on Monday to Thursday will be processed on the next working day. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next working day. Deliveries may be affected by public holidays.: $10.00

NestBloom is produced in Singapore. We are happy to share more regarding the origins of the hand-picked ingredients which go into our blooms – our bird’s nest is gathered from Indonesia; the matcha is from some of the finest harvesters in Kyoto; our Chinese almonds are sourced from China; and, our rose extract is made using Damascus roses from Bulgaria

The blooms can be stored at room temperature. Please keep them away from direct sunlight and heat.

Using water isn’t the only way to prepare NestBloom. In Japan, NestBloom has been prepared using hot milk or unsweetened soy milk. This alternative has been very well-received by our Japanese customers. We would love to hear of any other alternate combinations, so that we could share them with our customers.

At Nestbloom, we only use natural colourings. To share more, the Original Almond Cream bloom gets its colour from the freshly prepared almond milk; the Matcha Almond Cream bloom’s colour comes from the pure matcha powder; the Rose Almond Cream bloom derives its soft pink from a touch of beetroot juice; lastly the Vanilla Almond Cream bloom gets its off-white tone from the real vanilla pods that we use.

Unfortunately, our gift set prices are set – if you would like to buy blooms individually or in boxes of 3, you would need to purchase them separately. Thank you for your understanding.

Our blooms can be consumed by placing them into a bowl and adding about 80ml of hot water, which is the recommended amount of water to add. After which stir the bowl of bird’s nest gently and wait for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, your bowl of bird’s nest is ready to be consumed.

We would recommend adding about 80ml of hot water, but the amount of hot water can always be adjusted according to your preference. Alternatively, we recommend using our Nestbloom bowl that comes with the ritual kits. There is a line indicator in the bowl that shows how much hot water to add. The ideal water temperature should be above 90°C.

Our bird’s nest is sourced from Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Our blooms are safe and beneficial for pregnant ladies. We also recommend NestBloom for pre and post-natal care.

The shelf life of the blooms in our almond range (Almond, Rose, Matcha, Vanilla) is 9 months from the date of production while the blooms in our premium range (Pandan Rock Sugar) is 1.5 years from the date of production. Please refer to each bloom’s packaging, where the best before date is stated for your reference.

Pandan Rock Sugar is represented by the Orchid, Rose Almond Cream is a Rose, Original Almond Cream is represented by the Chrysanthemum, Matcha Almond Cream is in the shape of a Camellia and Vanilla Bean Almond Cream is the Carnation.

We only use premium grade bird’s nest to create our blooms and each bloom contains 30gm of cooked premium grade bird’s nest.

Our blooms do not have to be refrigerated, simply store it in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

The premium bloom range of products feature long strand bird’s nest and are collagen infused. They are rock sugar based and do not contain any almond.

Our products are not halal certified.

Yes, you can always refrigerate the bowl of bird’s nest after the preparation process. However, hot water should always be used during the preparation process.

Yes, vegetarians are able to consume our blooms as well. Our almond range of products do not contain any meat or animal products aside from bird’s nest itself. The various ingredients used to make our blooms are also listed on our website.

We use a proprietary freeze-drying method to naturally preserve all the nutrients in our blooms. This process allows us to remove all the moisture so that we don’t need to add any artificial preservatives.
