The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the NESTBLOOM & BLOSSOM terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to NESTBLOOM or BLOSSOM, whose applications are acceptable to NESTBLOOM or BLOSSOM and who have authorized NESTBLOOM or BLOSSOM to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Products purchased by the buyer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, NESTBLOOM & BLOSSOM reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where NESTBLOOM or BLOSSOM feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
NESTBLOOM & BLOSSOM offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered to NESTBLOOM or BLOSSOM. NESTBLOOM or BLOSSOM will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a designer supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at NESTBLOOM & BLOSSOM. Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.
If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our Site, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site. Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.
NESTBLOOM & BLOSSOM will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
The sale contract is therefore concluded in Singapore, and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of NESTBLOOM or BLOSSOM.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to NESTBLOOM or BLOSSOM, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you are a registered NESTBLOOM or BLOSSOM user, we will securely store your credit/debit card details on our systems. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
The amount of duties and taxes you will have to pay depend on the destination and the value of the order.

We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 days from receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org, or email@example.com, if your order is under BLOSSOM.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund inquiry and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For NestBloom.com orders: To change your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. NESTBLOOM is able to change and amend the order before the items are shipped.
For Blossom Subscription orders: To make any changes to your subscription box, please email us at email@example.com before the 19th, 11.59pm (SGT) of the month, so that the appropriate changes may be made to your next month’s subscription box. Any changes made after the 19th of the month will only affect your next next month’s subscription box.
For NestBloom.com orders: To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. NESTBLOOM ONLY able to cancel the order before the items are shipped.
All order cancellations will be subject to a 5% cancellation service charge.

By subscribing to “Blossom Subscription Box”, you acknowledge that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
At Blossom, we offer a variety of Subscription packages. Please review these terms carefully because they contain important and relevant information regarding any subscription you may purchase, including payment, renewal and cancellation terms. All dates and timing stated are in Singapore Time.
Your subscription begins as soon as your order is processed and your credit card has been successfully billed. As part of the Subscription terms, we will have sought your consent to store your payment method and to automatically charge your payment method on a monthly basis for the period of your subscription plan.
If there are any changes to the subscription rates, you will be duly notified ahead of your next subscription cycle. When you subscribe to Blossom, you are only able to use one form of payment. We do not offer the option to split the payment between multiple cards or payment methods.
You can edit/update your payment information anytime in your account page. If for any reason we are unable to process your payment method, we will temporarily suspend your subscription while we contact you for an alternative payment method to reactivate your subscription plan.
When you sign up for a Blossom subscription, your first Blossom Box will arrive within a week after we have successfully billed your credit card.
Subsequently, during your subscription period, any changes in the selection of flavor in your Blossom Box must be submitted between the 7th to the 20th for the subscription boxes arriving in subsequent months.
If there are no changes in your flavor selection, we will send the Blossom Box with the last flavors selection we have on file in the system.
The Boxes are typically dispatched at the beginning of the month and should reach you within the week, with the exception of force majeure.
If you would like to change your billing details during the term of your subscription, you can do this before the 20th of each calendar month via your account and it will be reflected immediately in the system. If you did not change your billing details before the 20th of the calendar month, we will continue to bill your Subscription fee to the payment details on file. If the payment fails to be processed, we will suspend your subscription temporarily until you have been contacted to update your details, during this period we shall not be liable to you in the event that you fail to receive your Subscription box for that month.
If you would like to change your delivery address during the term of your subscription, you can do this before the 20th of each calendar month via your account and it will take effect immediately. If you did not change your address before the 20th of the calendar month, we will send the Subscription Box to the registered address. We shall not be liable to you in the event that you fail to receive your Subscription box and no refund shall be provided.
The Monthly plan cancellation request via your account page will take effect only if submitted prior to the 19th, 11.59pm (SGT) of any month that your existing subscription plan (e.g. you must cancel by February 19th, 11:59pm SGT if you want to cancel your March box). The cancellation of a subscription package prior the expiry would be subjected to a cancellation fee of $150. Cancelling a subscription will not cancel and refund the delivery orders that have been paid for, it only stops future renewal charges. If you choose to subscribe to the Monthly Plan between the 20th to the end of the month, you automatically agree to the following month’s charge. Cancellation of your subscription will be processed once the cancellation fee of $150 has been processed.
